Ok, so the vegetable pie was a little wierd. It's a Nigella Lawson How to Be a Domestic Goddess recipe for GAME pie, only I substituted VEGETABLES for the game.
next time, i think shredding the vegetables would be better, with some meat thrown in (and wine!).
